The Concert Bus is at present a CONCEPT of a mobile, sustainable concert venue built out of a bus. Booking local artists relative to wherever The Concert Bus is touring, it would feature solar panels, bio-diesel, rain harvesting, and pedal power from the audience to power the sounds and lights.

STATUS: An all-or-nothing KickStarter campaign in summer of 2011 raised nearly half of the very sizable target money amount projected to realize this vision, but again, all or nothing. UN-FUNDED.

Technically Homeless

The title of Sebastian Clark’s EP (half-album, 2010) written and recorded while he experienced a year of technical homelessness in Paris, L.A., and finally Seattle, all in the wake of (and more or less revolving around) a monumental relationship break-up with his girlfriend and bandmate from Music For Smart People.

STATUS: Sebastian’s sister disappeared the day of the release, and turned up deceased two weeks later. This prompted a hibernation that continues to this day. UNAVAILABLE.

I Will Make Something For You

Easy: You submit your name and address, Sebastian makes something for you, then sends it your way. For Free.

ver 1.0 - began March 24th, 2009, concluded March 16th, 2010 - 52 songs in 52 weeks, primarily focused on production aesthetic and originals songs.

ver 2.0 - began February 22, 2011, ended a bit later, primarily focused on renditions and adaptations of established songs and personal favorites, performed live and raw, before an epiphany of how to completely overhaul the project occurred, leading to….

Sebastian Clark & Normandie Wilson’s ten-song joint album effort (2009), recorded predominantly in Sebastian’s bedroom and living room, aided by the skills of over twenty musicians and backup singers. The album cases are glass mirrors.

Sebastian Clark’s twelve-song album debut (2006), all of it written and recorded in the 1982 VW Van that also served as his home at the time. Utilizing stolen electricity to power the operation, the interior of the van as well as glass bottles filled with urine for percussive purposes, this is where Sebastian’s musical output began. The cases are handmade cardboard booklets from reclaimed (read: found) boxes.
